Laundromat FAQ
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM. We allow you to start washing as late as 10 pm and stay until you are finished folding your laundry.

We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold.
Not much. We offer two kinds of drop-off laundry services: wash, dry, and fold & wash, dry, and go (which saves you money because we skip folding). Check out our pricing page for current prices.
Our minimum for fluff and fold is $15.
Most orders are ready for you to pick up next day. Exceptionally large orders may require an extra day, but if that is the case, we will let you know when you drop off your order.
All orders are washed and dried separately to avoid mix-ups, losses, and cross-contamination.

Yes, a modest
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the day after we pick them up.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
Just let us know by inputting notes into the preferences and special instruction fields in our easy online ordering portal.
None. You can schedule service when you need it on an as-needed basis. You can also opt into recurring service, which you can stop at any time.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
